My beneficent progect is everbory collect trash of your streat  one time a week, all saturday in the afternoon. Of have certainty, each week one person of streat wave a trash a one place and so the streats stay clean.

What are your plans for the next vacation?

In next vacation I go stay home and rest, because I tired. I wish paint and draw very days. Perhaps I go travel I don't no the place. I wish play with my cousin, friends and parents. I wish watch TV, go to the cine, go to the stores and go to the park walk and cycling.

One day Taylor Swift walked in the park with your parents, she rested, because she be tired from very shows  that you make.

One day I travel went to Florianópolis on Santa Catarina, and there have many beachs and some sand dunes. I'm be very fun.
Ceirtan day I went to sandboard  on dunas de Joaquina. They are big mountains of sand and I want to go. And I went  four times is very fun but give fear.

You start in Street "Quintino Bocaiúvo" and turn right on Street Dr. Laranjeiras. Turn right on Street  " Capitão Rocha". And turn right on Street  "XV de Novembro". It's in front of "Casa Real de Tecidos e Roupas".

                                Walking tour of Guarapuava



Start your walking tour at "XV de Novembro Street". It's a street when have very stores, is the center of city. While your walking, you can see a "Catedral", it's a church very old, with very paintings. In front of the "Catedral" have a park and next to the park have a museum. 

When you finish your walking pela "XV" you  can see "Lago", it's a big park and many people go to walk, run, cycling, and rest. It's beautiful.

                     Healthy Habit.

    A one healthy habit is a healthy power with fruits, vegetables and drink very water and not fried foods and very candys.   However you have practice exercise wich as: walk, run, play sports and very activies...   You have reduce stress, one form is you practice yoga, is a habit very good in a health.   Is very easy being healthy, then try it!

 When do you stay healthy and unhealthy

What stay healthy:

You stay healthy practice exercise ( walk running...).
You stay healthy with a healthy diet such as bread, juice, drink very water... 
You stay healthy when do reduce the use the industrial foods.
Eat white and lean meat.
Reduce fried foods.

 Unhealthy habits:

When you don't practice sports.
When you only sleeping.
When do you eat very frying.

      What they should do to get better     

She has a headache. She should stay home and rest. She shouldn't go to the work.

She has a fever. She should go to the medicine and stay home and rest.

She has a  sore throat. She should go to the medicine and stay home and rest. And she shouldn't eat ice scream.

He has a cough. He should stay home and rest.

My favorite dish is noodles and brigadier and yours ingredients necessary to prepare it is:

NOODLES:

 Water, oil, salt, pasta.
Tomato sauce of pasta: Tomate,onion, oil, salt, tomato purée

BRIGADIER:

Two spoons of powdered chocolate, one spoon of margarine, one can condensed milk and a bit milk.

                            My Favorite Animal

My favorite animal is dog, because it is cute, beautiful, more playful and friendlier. It's a best friend from the human. It is furry and has a long tail. The world have a many especies of  dogs such as: golden retriever, poodle, chihuahua and among others...

The dogs are more specialist, because it help the human  such as: rescue dogs ( german and saint bernards) and guide dogs (labradors). 

I love dogs! And I have one dog it name is Lili, it is very cute!
