 When do you stay healthy and unhealthy




What stay healthy:


You stay healthy practice exercise ( walk running...).
You stay healthy with a healthy diet such as bread, juice, drink very water... 
You stay healthy when do reduce the use the industrial foods.
Eat white and lean meat.
Reduce fried foods.







 Unhealthy habits:


When you don't practice sports.
When you only sleeping.
When do you eat very frying.
