My family doing right now

My mother watching TV.
My father is working.
My grandmother is walking.
My uncle is reading.
My aunt is writing.
My cousin is sleeping.

I go to school every day.
I go to CCBEU two times a week.
I go in painting classes on tuesday.
I go to dancing classes on friday.
I go to handeball classes on friday.
I go to catechesis on monday.
I practice exercise three times a week.
I walk in the park on the sundays.


                     Healthy Habit.



    A one healthy habit is a healthy power with fruits, vegetables and drink very water and not fried foods and very candys.   However you have practice exercise wich as: walk, run, play sports and very activies...   You have reduce stress, one form is you practice yoga, is a habit very good in a health.   Is very easy being healthy, then try it!









































 When do you stay healthy and unhealthy




What stay healthy:


You stay healthy practice exercise ( walk running...).
You stay healthy with a healthy diet such as bread, juice, drink very water... 
You stay healthy when do reduce the use the industrial foods.
Eat white and lean meat.
Reduce fried foods.







 Unhealthy habits:


When you don't practice sports.
When you only sleeping.
When do you eat very frying.




      What they should do to get better     





She has a headache. She should stay home and rest. She shouldn't go to the work.




She has a fever. She should go to the medicine and stay home and rest.







She has a  sore throat. She should go to the medicine and stay home and rest. And she shouldn't eat ice scream.






He has a cough. He should stay home and rest.







She has a stomachache. She should go to the medicine.

                         My favorite dish

My favorite dish is noodles and brigadier and yours ingredients necessary to prepare it is:

NOODLES:

 Water, oil, salt, pasta.
Tomato sauce of pasta: Tomate,onion, oil, salt, tomato purée




BRIGADIER:

Two spoons of powdered chocolate, one spoon of margarine, one can condensed milk and a bit milk.
